Who we are

Rachel Baird has thirty years experience as a lawyer, senior executive and non executive director.  


She draws on almost 30 years of Defence service along with experience in the resources sector, private legal practice, professional services, government, academia, not-for-profit, sport and  membership associations. 


Rachel believes it all starts and ends with honest conversations about leadership.  This is where governance foundations are built for the success of the team, group and organisation.
